Shiraz Gani is an award-winning writer, creator, communicator and nice human being. He is best known for bringing smart strategic thinking, compelling story-telling and a sharp sense of humor to global, national, regional and local brands. And like Kim Kardashian's ass, he recently blew up the internet.
Early Years
Following a successful career as an enforcer for one of London's most vicious gangs
After graduating from New
York University, Shiraz pursued a career in law until he realized it was nothing like the sexy law dramas on TV. It was around this time that he discovered advertising. And Mad Men wasn't even on the air yet.
First, he got accepted into the prestigious D&AD Workshop in London, where he worked with some of the brightest minds in the business at agencies like Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Abbott Meade Vickers and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Next, he moved to New York and enrolled in a couple of advertising classes at the School of Visual Arts. Soon after, he started his own advertising agency with three alumni from SVA called Droga 2.5.
Since then, he has gone on to work with global agency networks, "boutique" shops and media companies, as well as building a stable of racehorses independent clients.
